Monthly fees exclude VAT and apply after the free trial. The trial lasts at least one month from the start of checkout and includes 31 March 2027 at a minimum. A new trial requires a new CHE; the same CHE cannot claim it again. A card is required: Stripe shows the exact first charge date before you confirm.

Frequently asked questions
How is my plan chosen?
Active listings determine the fee: CHF 180 per month for 0–50 and CHF 550 over 50, excluding VAT. Archived listings do not count. The fee is per agency and includes all team members, regardless of the number of branches.
What happens when I move between tiers?
Your plan adjusts automatically to your active listings. After the trial, a tier change immediately applies a proportional adjustment: a charge for an upgrade or a credit for a downgrade. Tier changes during the trial are free. Listings are not removed because of a tier change.
What happens above 500 properties?
The same over-50 plan applies at CHF 550 per month, excluding VAT. Current billing has no 500-property cap or third tier.
Is my software compatible?
It is compatible if it supports IDX 3.01 over FTPS or SwissRETS JSON 3.6.0 over the HTTPS API. Contact us to check the connection with your provider.
How often are listings updated?
With every new export from your software. A new listing only appears once all its photos are ready.

How do I cancel my subscription?
The subscription owner can open Stripe from the Subscription section of the panel and request cancellation at the end of the period. Stripe shows the effective date. Cancellation does not automatically delete listings, users or agency data; contact us if you also want to withdraw listings.
