Housenet is a Swiss property portal: houses, apartments, offices, parking spaces and land to rent and buy across Switzerland, in English, German, French and Italian.

Housenet comes from people who sell and rent property every day. We know the problem with the big portals that raise their prices year after year: that’s why we chose a clear, fixed price that depends only on how many properties an agency publishes.

Always up-to-date listings

Listings aren’t entered by hand: they come straight from the agencies’ software, with a complete and regular export. When an agency removes a property from its software, it disappears from Housenet too. So you only find offers that are still available.
